Bitget will hold a “Kings Cup” tournament with a prize pool of up to 100 BTC

Crypto exchange Bitget announced the third international futures trading tournament King’s Cup Global Invitational 2022 (KCGI) with a prize fund up to 100 BTC and gifts from Lionel Messi.

The competition is timed to coincide with the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. It will take place from November 20 to December 18 in three formats: team tournament, invitation contest and individual competition.

The three winners in each activity will receive 10 000 USDT and a T-shirt signed by Lionel Messi:

  • Team captains with the most productive participants;
  • users who invite the most friends;
  • New users with the highest PnL.

The 32 teams with the most participants will share 30,000 USDT fan tokens.

Captains must submit entries by November 20. Traders can join an existing team no later than 72 hours before the end of the tournament.

Users who invite friends through a referral link will receive awards from a pool of up to 260,000 USDT.

As part of individual competitions, Bitget will award virtual soccer balls for completing daily tasks and predicting match results. Participants with the best results will share the prize pool of up to 2 million USDT.

In addition, the organizers will award Ethereum founder 1,000 USDT daily to three random users with trading volumes of 100,000 USDT or more during the previous day.

“The launch of KCGI this season coincides with the integration of Bitget Insights, a tool for easily distributing information about cryptocurrencies on social networks. We encourage all users, but especially KCGI players, to log on to Bitget Insights to find smarter deals or technical analysis that will give them a competitive edge,” said Bitget Managing Director Gracie Chen.

Bitget is a Singapore-based crypto exchange for spot and futures trading that supports OTC and P2P transactions, as well as providing access to copy trading. The platform serves more than two million users in 50 countries.

Recall that this spring Bitget held KCGI with a prize fund of 200 BTC.
