The Central Bank of the Russian Federation reported the aggregate issue of the CFA in the country

Three licensed operators of information systems are currently carried out in the aggregate of 15 issues of digital financial assets (Tsf) for a total of 170 million rubles. This was stated by First Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia Olga Skorobogatova in the commentary “Russia-24”.

The regulator representative noted the interest of participants in the financial market in the use of digital financial assets.

At the same time, according to her, the introduction of the Tsfa potentially bears the risks of the organizational plan and regulatory arbitration.

“We are preparing changes to the legislation, which will be aimed at minimizing [possible negative consequences],” said Skorobogatova.

Recall that the Central Bank processes nine applications for the status of an information system operator, which gives companies the right to release and appeal of the Tsf inside the platforms.

Earlier, the Bank of Russia announced their readiness to submit a series of legislative initiatives regarding the regulation of the Central Administration until the end of 2022.
